Some major renovations were needed here to give these Castle Cove clients a modern home with all of the space they needed for storage and accommodating guests.

To transform the interior, we moved the master bedroom to the lower level, leaving plenty of space for a study and guest bedroom upstairs. There were extensive modifications made to existing walls and windows so that the house could really work as a living and growing space. Outside, external rendering plus a rebuilt balcony brought new life to the face of this beautiful home.
