Situated in Mosman Heritage Conservation Area, this cozy c 1910 single storey brick and tile home, had served its owners well. But as times changed, so did their needs. The kitchen and family area was insufficient in size and presented limited functionality to meet their lifestyle requirements. The old external laundry did not provide the required level of comfort and the yard was missing a covered entertaining area. The old garage was demolished and rebuilt also, as part of this wider home renovation, to provide additional workshop and storage space.

Expanding the Family Kitchen via a seamless rear addition, enlarged the heart of the home, creating a spacious family kitchen that adheres to all Heritage conservation area regulations. The old laundry was relocated inside for better space utilisation and improved daily flow. The backyard became a relaxing oasis with a covered patio featuring skylights, perfect for year-round enjoyment and entertaining. We demolished and rebuilt the garage, offering a dedicated workshop space and additional storage for various purposes and needs.
